Road trip pros and cons
Some of the most memorable moments of my life have been from taking road trips with friends and family. Road trips can provide a fun filled setting for all types of people and can serve as a money saver to the flying option. Road trips often spur interesting and fun conversation in the car…mostly because there is really nothing else to do. Great stories come are told, you can play trivia games, and if people start bugging you, you can tune it all out by listening to your IPod. Driving also is usually cheaper if everyone chips in for gas opposed to buying a plane ticket for some world travel trip. Even with the gas price spikes we saw about a year back, it was usually cheaper to drive and split the cost. Driving is just the cheaper option.
