After vacationing in amusement parks, campgrounds, and cities for over fifteen years, I was determined that my husband and I would finally take a “grownup” vacation when our children left for college.  The only problem was finding the perfect spot which both of us could agree on.  I wanted a rustic European retreat where we could enjoy historical areas.  My husband was mostly concerned about modern conveniences.  He wanted to be comfortable.  We found everything we wanted at holiday house st remy de provence, a charming getaway in France.  The house combined modern appliances, a pool, and Internet in an old-world, charming setting.  Both of us loved the two weeks we spent there and intent to go back the first chance we get.
