We all want to lose weight and what way to start it is through a flat stomach workout. Most people have difficulties flattening their tummies. For those people who have learned to love food, it has been a very hard plight for them to limit their food intake. I have been in those situation before. I loved food trips and explored different eateries just to satisfy my urge to eat. I have been very indifferent with people who looked down on those people who sincerely love eating.  There are just people who ostracized those who are honest in showing or displaying their passions in life.
