Criminals Held Accountable To Others For Actions
My brother had always been bothered by the fact that in our country, anyone can access another person’s criminal record, if they are so inclined. He used to be very offended by the ability for anyone to be able to access the public criminal records of another individual. Then one day he was reading about the founding of our country, and he realized that criminals needed to be held accountable to their fellow men and women, for the offenses that they had committed. He saw that what one person does, usually affects many other people, and especially the innocent. He then understood the need for criminal records to be public knowledge.
