Many Americans who run their own businesses don’t know it, but there is business identity protection available to them from the same people that provide personal identity theft protection to millions of Americans. Since many people don’t think of their business as having its own identity, they don’t purchase this protection.This can be a very bad mistake, as many thieves will actively target business accounts as they know they have higher credit limits than standard personal accounts, meaning they can do more damage with one card in a shorter period of time.
