The Problem With Free Alternative Energy Resources
The sudden rise in the price of gas last year was a shock to us all. Up until that time we thought we could continue to use as much energy as we wanted and it would cost us very little. Suddenly we discovered that energy comes with a big problem. It is in great demand and there is a limited supply.
One source of energy is the sun and there is plenty of energy landing on our planet every day in the form of solar energy. We have plenty of wind around the world all day and night and of course there is an enormous amount of energy available from the tides and from wave power.
The problem with all these free alternative energy resources is the cost of extracting the power. It can be done but we haven’t figured out the best way yet, but we will.
