I really like Christmas time around the St Louis area. They really know how to decorate the city to bring a lot of holiday spirit to the community. I read in the paper that this year instead of the city workers doing most of the lighting that they are going to hire a holiday lighting St Louis company that specializes in that stuff. I am real excited to see how much better the city can look for the holidays with a professional company doing the decorating. They are anticipating a much higher electric bill through the holidays just from the enormous amount of holiday lights they are going to hang. The have budgeted for the higher electric bills so it should not be a problem. That statement alone makes me think that the holiday lights are going to be wonderful and very abundant. I live just outside of St Louis but I do make it into the city for some Christmas shopping a couple of times during the holidays. I was going to start early this year but now I think I will wait for that holiday lighting St Louis company to do their job. It will be much more fun if I am in the mood.
