Hubby’s Hip Replacement Requires Home Caregiver Service
My husband and I reside in North Dakota. He recently had hip replacement surgery and needs care while he is healing. The problem is I work full time and without his regular income while he is off work, we are depending solely on my salary to live. My doctor suggested a home caregiver, but since we are on one income, I do not know how we can afford it. Right now I use my lunch break to check in on him, but I am running ragged trying to do everything. Does anyone know if Medicare will cover home caregiver service for this situation?
