Dad is doing better now.
I just received a call from my mother. She saw my father after the surgery and after he slept for a while. He is doing better than the first time we saw him after the surgery. He did not look very happy that first time. But he seems to be doing better. He doesn’t have an oral irrigator though.
They had a special device on his legs to apply periodic pressure. The goal of this machine is to prevent blood clots. Most surgery patients get one after their surgery. I thought that was very interesting. Although it also seems a bit strange.
