Longer Satisfaction

My children always complain of being hungry. They love to eat nearly everything in the house. My boys are teenagers, and I know they are growing. I decided to find new ways for them to become satisfied longer between meals. My friend, Celia, also gave me some new ideas. Adding higher protein foods will help maintain blood sugar levels. Another great thing to do is to add fiber rich foods to their diet. “This will allow them longer satisfaction between meals,” she said. Instead of buying white products, I am going to add more whole grains to our daily meal times.
