Why would you need a home based business merchant account?
Ok perhaps that seems like a bit of a stupid question, but hear me out for a little bit. Say that you want to start up your own thing on line, when is it time to get your own merchant account. Is there ever a time or can you keep on using paypal or some other type of thing on a permanent basis?
I’ve also heard that merchant account providers require their customers to sign long term contracts which to be honest sounds like a bad idea. Is this also true for a home based business merchant account or do some different rules apply?
