3rd Year with Insurance Company
I’ve just finished buying this year’s car insurance policy from you, this is the third time that I’ve bought insurance from you, but last year I decided to go to another company because they offered me a cheaper quote, for which I thought was exactly the same schedule that I had previously received here. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case and the past year, in terms of car insurance, has been a bit of a nightmare. Having crashed my car in quite a serious way and my car being written-off, I set about trying to make a claim, it’s still ongoing now and it’s been months! I’ve returned to you because I know that you provide a very professional and efficient service, although I’m hoping I won’t need to make a claim this year!
