all day vegetables
i have been eating alot of vegetabels the last few weeks and i am not really sure if they are making me feel better or worse. it is really making my workouts lagg if you ask me. the best thing that i can say is that it might be in my head. but here is the thing, they are really good for me so i am going to get used to them and so will my body. that is what is going to happen. i am always trying to win and it is all about progression. 5 tips to melt body fat are out there.
