High Triglycerides Causes
Recently I found my husband getting fatigued very easily just walking a moderate distance. After consultation with the doctor we found out that his level of triglycerides was 200 when the he should have it below 150.
Of course, we were curious to know high triglycerides causes. The doctor told us that taking too much extra calories is one of the greatest causes. Then there are some diseases, such as poorly controlled diabetes, kidney disease and hypothyroidism meaning an under-active thyroid, can cause high triglycerides. Moreover, obesity and drinking a lot of alcohol can make the situation worse. Dear reader, if any of these matches with you, just be aware.
