Mice and rats is one of the animals that undergone an experiment using the Resveratrol treatment, and it shows desirable effect that give way the resveratrol effective to human in lowering blood calories. Another result is given by Sinclair that was in 2006. They proclaim that the Resveratrol counteract the detrimental effect of a high fat diet in mice. The mice were compounded by simply adding a hydrogenated coconut oil to its standard diet. It provides 60% energy from fat, and it was consumed by the mouse at about 30% more calories which compared to the standard mice it is higher.
